UK-Halsey Mystic hosted an excellent and very informative racing rules seminar with speaker Butch Ulmer last Wednesday night.  The Halsey crew did a first rate job pulling together the event.  Butch did an outstanding job covering key aspects of the new rules, using UK-Halsey's innovative, animated software quiz.  The software quiz does a “horizon job” covering the new rules, and is highly recommended to help you get up to speed on the 2009-2012 rules.
