In the search for the proper elixir, Race Committee Chairman Greg Gilmartin discovereda Cayman Islands distiller, George Town Harbor, that ages their rum underwater,allowing the tides and currents to naturally blend the ingredients. After several emailexchanges, a price was set and a deal was struck through the CBCX to purchase 400 litersof rum for $8000.  The agreement was backed by the Eddie Maxwell as collateral.  See the attached confirmation for the agreement details.
